Cost of a house remodel?

$50K sounds like a great price, for all of the work you are doing. I used to live in Grand Rapids, and costs are very comparable to where I live now (Madison, WI). To be honest, I give you credit. If I saw a house that needed that much work, I'd run, not walk away. With the price of materials, especially copper, going through the roof, it sounds like a fiar price. Good luck.
