Can Shell Gas with Nitrogen shorten the life of a cars catalytic converter?

Shell V power Premium gas has 5 times the government recommendations of gasoline additives, now including NITROGEN which Shell claims keeps engines cleaner. ALL grades of Shell gasoline now have this excessive additive. Nitrous oxide is removed by catalytic converters. What do you think about Shell gas, and other gas additives which claim to clean engines, but may have a negative impact on other parts of the car? Can Shell gas damage your car over the long run?
