A few questions about working out?

Im uming your talking about energy to do those last reps. Ive been working out for close to 4 years now and have taken courses and **** on exercising . I think what you need is to eat foods that give you more energy before workouts. Pasta is really great for this because its the best for dumping carbs into your body. Also you can try going on a creatine cycle. If you dont know what creatine is, its a suplement that you mix with water that prvides more energy during your workouts. Your body naturally produces it. if you do end up using it remember that overusing it can lead to kidney problems so just follow the instructions. Also you have to take it with at least 250 mL of water. Good luck on your training brotha
