What is the name of a movie about cannibal dogs?

Ok so it is driving me CRAZY! I have been thinking of this movie i watched about a year ago and i cant seem to come up with the name of it. Its about this group of teenagers that go on to an island or something and they find that there are a lot of dogs in the area that appear tame but try to kill/eat them. They hide in the cabin but it gets harder as time goes on. I just cant think of the darn name! Help please?(:
