What was the fate of those in England and America who bank rolled Hitler?

Without there support, no way a crushed post WWI Germany could have posed a threat to the world. What happened to the bankers and financiers that loaned him money and got the German war machine built? why weren't they hung after the war was over and the facts came out? Who would have been implicated?
