Why is still persecution and opression practiced in the USA?

You get parking tickets for parking illegally, not because you have some paranoid delusion that you are important enough for the NYPD to follow around and har. Pay your tickets, get your car out of impound, and start following the traffic laws including those on parking and your problem will go away.
