How do you get rid of the flu without going to the doctors?

I'm sick as a dog. I got a pound a reefa sittin on the table and I can't smoke it. I can't go to work, I can't go the club, I can't go shake my @ss for some cash. I can't do sh1t! The weekend starts 2morrow and I'm tired of being in the house, I how do I get rid of my cold... quick?
