Can anybody tell me what this sharp ache in my chest is?

I was just wondering if anybody new what my symptoms are caused by, very suddenly yesterday my chest started twinging and aching when i breathe in, it also feels quite tight and my neck is also aching. Could anybody tell me what this is? or what i can do to relieve the symptoms? thanks!
