A complicated situation- Help please?

He is broke my heart and he didnt even know it. I pushed one of my closest friends away- he's been known to be a heartbreaker.. bit of a complicated guy..hides feelings/moody etc but we connected.. Cos we spent so much time together he ended up crushing on me i got very very emotionally attached..he would come home and spend time wih my fam etc -i thought i was falling in love pushed him away in order to protect myself...he's been known to be a bit of a ladies man..& never asked me out.
