How do i cancel yahoo personals?

I followed the help instructions to "My Personals", then "Billing Info" .Then did my pword and the instructions said to click "Cancel LInk" There is no cancel link. This is not funny. I am going to contact the Solano County District Attorney. First you screw up the mail and mess up my business now you have a phony way to keep me from canceling my yahoo personals account. My account is up on 9/18/2007. I better not be charged after that. I am going to refuse payment from yahoo. Yahoo is a bunch of grifters no better then Nigerian scam artist.
