My best friend might chose her boyfriend over me! Help!?

I feel like im Lauren Conrad dealing with the Spencer and Heidi situation. Her boyfriend treats her like sh!t. I've been friends with her since 1st grade and now im a senior. She doesnt take any of my opinions to heart. Its like she doesnt care at all. I need to know what i should do or say. Help please!
