Saterllite TV to PC?

I have got it from Email to fix the saterllite TV ToPC,when I download it I got this error message. component wmp.dll'or one of it's dependencies not correctly Registered:a file is missing or invalid. when i download the window media player it's says w.m.p. is not installed properly and must be reinstalled ,I did it still I have the same . TVants failed to open channel mmst:// local host:16900/3. do you agree to open it by window player encounters error please try again later. TVU player device attached to the system is not functioning. error starting program the TVU player .exe file is linked to missing export user32.DLL:set layered window attributes.
