What does immediate vicinity thereof mean? PLEASE REPLY ASAP?

my friend has a restraining order placed on him by his ex girlfriend , and he thinks he can go to the same theatre to see a movie where she works, and I TOLD HIM ... NO YOU FOOL THEY WILL TAKE UR AZZ TO JAIL IN A HOT SEC ... can you please explain to me and HIM waht this means, ha... i need some support here, my dad is a lawyer and he think my father and i are both trying to scare him but, we are only trying to help thanks :)
