Really really confused about this. Someone please help me?

I am now 4 days late. I am never late. My last period was april 19th and I had every day I was fertile including the day I ovulated. I am having no symptoms except for these weird little twinges I get on my right side. I took a test today and it was negative and it was a cheap dollarstore test. Whats going on someone please help.
