One of my family members is addicted?

One of my family members is addicted to drugs. They sometimes even go under a different name to get the drugs. They take about 15 pills a day and without the drugs they feel like lifes not worth it and they feel sick... They've already been in out patient rehab and it didn't work. And it's too much money to put them in rehab again. Ive tried talking to them but they just don't listen. I'm to scared to tell my school. What could I do about this before they get really sick?
